Happy Couple

Evening Grosbeak pair at the feeders recently (male on right, female on left.) Have a great weekend. Hope you see lots of birds. The warblers are still migrating. We saw Chestnut-sided, Yellow-Rumped, Ovenbird and American Redstart warblers on our property today.

Speaking of migrating warblers, here in western Iowa we are seeing huge numbers of warblers (for our area). One day we saw 20 species, which is great compared to only seeing seven species in a whole year, like we have before. We saw Worm-eating, Pine, Prothonotary, and Hooded just to name a few. Great year here out west.

Great show and books! Keep up the good work.
