This morning, the fledgling bluebirds were huddled in the boughs, high above our deck. They spent the night like that, snuggled together. Oh how cuuuute! Their Dad brought them the mealworms we put out.
Holly, The parent bluebirds do a great job of protecting the babies and keeping larger birds away. They go after Blue Jays and dive at and snap their bills at the red squirrel.
It has been raining lots, had sun on Saturday and Sunday, rain yesterday.
